Plymouth Travel Motorcoach School Tours
General Information

Price: Please provide us with your destination activities, estimated number of students/chaperones and approximate dates of travel.

Reservations and Payments:
Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of reservation. A deposit is due within two weeks of confirming a school tour reservation:

41-50 Students
$2,500
61-70 Students
$3,500
81-90 Students
$4,500
26-40 Students
$2,000
51-60 Students
$3,000
71-80 Students
$4,000
91+ Students
$5,000

Unless specified, final payment and tentative rooming lists are due 45 days prior to tour departure.

If you cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the cancellation fees are as follows:
45 days or less prior to departure, your payment is non-refundable.

Name Changes / Transferring Reservations
There is no charge for name changes / reservation transfers on motorcoach school tours. Groups with air transport are subject to the rules of the airline carrier.

Tours Do Include:

  • 2 meals per day
  • Lodging
  • Sightseeing and entrances to attractions
  • Taxes and gratuities for included services unless otherwise indicated
  • Services of a Plymouth Travel Tour Director

Accommodations:
Accommodations are typically based on quad occupancy for students and double occupancy for chaperones unless otherwise stated. Triple/quad rooms have two double beds and roll-a-ways are not available.
Please note: Many hotels have a 4 persons maximum occupancy in a room policy—due to fire safety regulations.

Travelers with Special Needs:
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Plymouth Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. Please advise of travelers needing special assistance at the time of booking.

Canadian Customs and Immigration:
Passports are required for Adult Chaperones traveling to Canada. Currently, students 19 or under traveling as part of an organized school group need only show a birth certificate. Please check with Plymouth Travel Tours for the latest requirements for student groups.

Fuel Surcharges:
Due to the volatility of fuel costs, our contracts with airlines, cruise lines and motorcoach companies includes their right to increase their charges based on anticipated increases in fuel costs.

Responsibility Statement:
Plymouth Travel Incorporated, herein referred to as PTI, acts only as an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging transportation, accommodations, sightseeing and other services. They are not responsible for deficiencies on the part of hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruiselines or any other company providing tour inclusions. PTI, nor any of its representatives, shall not become liable or responsible in any way in connection with means of transportation or other services for any loss, injury or damage to, or in respect of, person or property however caused or arising. We reserve the right to change any arrangements herein set forth should conditions necessitate, offering substitutes of equal value, or to cancel any scheduled tour. PTI is not responsible for delays, extra expenses or any other inconveniences to passengers due to weather conditions, other “Acts of God,” and acts of terrorism. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time.
